My wife and I recently upgraded her diamond and the attention provided by Joe was absolutely outstanding. He provided a number of options and creative solutions to present my wife with exactly what she had envisioned. We had a minor problem with the setting, after the purchase, and Joe returned our call promptly from his personal phone outside of his working ours. He made arrangements for us to meet him during his next shift and personally handled the matter expeditiously. My wife is thrilled with our purchase and with how Joe has handled the entire experience. Joe is an outstanding representative of your company and a champion of exceptional Customer Service. He has earned our business the next time we are in the market for all things bling!

Nice show room, plenty of options. The lady helping me purchase an engagement ring wasn't able to do the math required to keep me in budget or she just didn't care to keep me in budget. I was also a little annoyed by their gift card match promotion. What they actually sell you isn't a gift card-- it's a coupon with a ton of restrictions. It's a good deal, but the limitations make it hard to use. Ended up having to get a refund on part of my gift card match order. Still giving it 3 stars. Overall, the staff was nice. I feel like I got a nice ring at a fair price.

A few months back I visited Gold and Diamond Source to pick out a Diamond for an engagement. Elise Velazquez assisted me. I ended up with a beautiful ring. I am engaged. The other day we went back to choose our wedding bands. Elise did her job again and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Make no mistake, she is a wonderful kind sales woman and a great asset to the Gold and Diamond Source.

Visited on Black Friday. The store was packed with us taking the last parking spot in the back of the building. As I walked in I was expecting to wait, but to my surprise we were greeted and paired with someone to help us pick out a pair of diamond stud earrings immediately!! They were so helpful, explaining the different choices they had, and the prices were very afforadable. We visited all of the jewelry stores in the mall and nothing came close to the value and clarity of the earrings purchased here. I HIGHLY recommend Gold & Diamond Source to anyone looking for a great experience and quality jeweler!

I bought my girlfriend's ring there it's a three stone Marquise I don't remember exactly who helped me but she was great. I'm a tile setter, I walked in one day after work, looking a mess I wasn't treated like a bum. I did the gift card match it worked out GREAT. We're getting married in May, this weekend we're going back to pick out wedding rings cuz we did the gift card match for Valentine's day. Thanks guy's see you soon Chuck & Aarika
