We went in and there were empty tables and we still had to wait. As the girl stood behind the desk chewing on her straw waiting to seat us. She finally said our table was ready and seated us never saying a word to either of us. The waiter came took our order, I ordered grilled chicken Parmesan and got the fried when it came out. When they brought the salad they didn't bring cheese for it and didn't ask if we wanted any. when they brought the food had to go get the cheese. There were dirty tables all over the place and 6 workers at the front when we left talking, 2 were sitting on the couch talking. No one spoke as we walked out! No thank and come again, kiss my ass, nothing!

We had poor service, took a long time to get our food, and when we did, the portion looked like it should have been a lunch portion... At $17 for this one item, I had to speak up. They remade the dish, and it was much better. Still had slow service, but the food was good the second time around.

Server was pretty much gone through the whole meal... Even though we had unlimited soup n salad and unlimited pasta. My order came out looking like a lunch portion but the manager remade the order like it should have came out the first time.

It was pretty good. The food was hot. And the service was fast. Our waitress was very attentive. The hosts didn't have themselves under control. But our exposure to them was short.

We had fantastic service for our date night. Jessica took VIP like care of us the food was split in the kitchen and we had a splendid time. Thank you Jessica and Olive Garden for being awesome! We will return. Respectfully, Bryan & Candice
