Good food, kind employees!! It's usually pretty busy on the weekend and around dinner time but if you go a little later than typical eating times during the week it's fairly empty. And even when it's busy I've always managed to find a seat, though that may be luck!

This panera is a great place to have some sandwiches and cookies or other savory items, but the prices may be a bit on the high end. but who cares, people only care about the quality of the food and not the price as it is worth the price. Since there are many paneras in the world, I would go to this panera as it is a bit close by. Overall, great places for sandwiches and cookies.

Outside is quiet, tucked away from busy traffic, place to walk or play with kids, the cafe itself is well run, clean, fireplace, great for working or a calm meal

The manager was really pleasant and very accommodating. The restroom was ACTUALLY wheelchair accessible, except the toilet paper dispenser was mounted a bit too low. When I talked to the manager her said he'd send an email to maintenance right away, and was receptive to why it was too low and where a more appropriate place would be. I made sure to compliment the rest of the accessibility, pointing out the properly placed coat hook, lock handle, appropriately mounted soap and paper towel dispensers, and the type and sink and faucet. If you're a wheelchair user, these things REALLY matter. It was nice to know that the manager on duty actually cared enough to listen to my feedback and take care of the situation immediately, saying "hopefully by the time you come back it will be fixed." Usually they don't seem to take it to heart and when I return months later I face the same issues, only to have to lodge the same complaint.
