My wife and I always like to try new things. We were recommended to try this local Korean Barbecue place. It is a very small standalone restaurant with very basic and a bit run-down decor. We were greeted by a middle-aged woman without a lot of smile. The whole restaurant had only 2 female servers. The food was average and was on the sweet side. I have tried some other Korean restaurants and the taste was by far superior. The issue with this place is the attitude with the servers. They seem to be a lot nicer to people speaking Korean. There were appetizer dishes that they serve. We were served about 10 dishes. The Korean couples sitting next to our table were served about 12 dishes and they were brought over additional dishes throughout the meal. When we asked for a refill of one of the dishes, the server's face changed to being annoyed and she came back with a dish telling us that there should be no refill on any dishes. We were stunned in the rudeness this woman acted. We will not recommend this place to anyone who does not speak Korean.

Don't let the humble appearances fool you; this is a great place. Authentic Korean food reasonably priced; friendly staff; VERY interesting and varied menu. Don't just stop at the Bulgogi or Bibimbap (which are great)!!! Be sure to ask about the daily specials board especially when they forget to add the English translations - it's usually something amazing.

Really great find. We ordered too much but it was all fresh, tasty and delicious. We'll be back.
