We also specialize in traditional Japanese dishes including delicious sushi. Our goal is allow our customers to experience sushi prepared the traditional way, but also to introduce new flavors and textures through innovative ingredients and sauces.
With that said, we believe the essentials for delicious food starts with fresh and natural ingredients. That is why we don’t simply get our food supplies delivered from “an unknown source.” We actually go to the fish markets, meat markets and farms to handpick our ingredients. We’ve also partnered with Berberian’s Farm in Northborough, MA to bring you the best produce. Because eating local is fresh, healthy & delicious!
