My home Panera store, never a bad meal. Usually steadily busy given it's location, and sometimes understaffed due to off hours still garnering a crowd. Otherwise, great use of limited space and a beautiful patio when the weather is warm.

This is the messier Panera with the worst service you'll ever go to. It made me decide to sell all my shares of Panera stock. Yes it's that bad. Particularly at night. See photos. The bathroom sink was literally stopped up and full of dirty water. The toilets were a huge mess. There was water all over the floor. The trash cans had stacks of dishes that needed to be hauled back to the kitchen and be washed so there was no where to put my dirty dishes. The coffee said "always fresh brewed at 2:00" and this was at 7:45. The worst was that when I got there I asked the cashier, "are you out of anything" and she said "uhhh what are we NOT out of" which was worthless. She and the staff were terrible and unhelpful. I am posting photo evidence, please do not patron this location, it will ruin your confidence in ever eating at another Panera.

The high prices would be justified if they could actually make their sandwiches look remotely close to the advertised pictures. For example, their roasted turkey and avocado BLT is pictured with 7 slices of avocado, but this location regularly builds their sandwich to come with only 2 slices (if that). When we first complained, we were told that it was near the end of the night and they were out of avocado, but this occurs repeatedly across weeks and months (even 1.5 to 2 hours prior to closing time). And to run out of round dinner rolls this early in the evening; repeatedly along with their soup of the day? There is a systemic problem with this Panera Bread which aligns with other negative feedback listed. Comparatively, McDonalds will compensate for lack of satisfaction by replacing the entire meal or throwing in some apple pies. But when we reported this repeat systemic issue to corporate, Panera simply said; thanks for reporting this problem; done.

I've been coming to this location every Monday-Friday around 1145am for a year & I have the same issue every time. I always order the strawberry oatmeal and while I do understand that oatmeal is a breakfast item & breakfast is no longer served after a certain time, oatmeal is supposed to be served ALL DAY. I'm always told they no longer have it & then I have to inform them that oatmeal is served ALL DAY and then I'm able to get my order. The only time I do not have this issue is if it's Ms. Felicia or Mr. Jay at the drive thru window. I can not stress how super annoying this Is! Either it's available all day OR it's not. I will no longer spend another penny at any Panera location every again.

Was surprised at how large it is! And so many people on an early Saturday morning across from Mall of Georgia! Service was great with a counter staff very attentive without making you feel rushed. They use a pager system to let you know when your order is ready... just remember it is going to vibrate and dance on the table. LOL I almost killed ours when it went off! Cinnamon crunch bagel, ham/egg/cheese on chiabatta, strawberry/banana smoothie all done to order and within a very reasonable amount of time. Did not know this location was here before, but will keep it in mind for early breakfast and shopping planning before the mall!
