EDIT: This location needs improvement. Today I had my husband pick up a to go order for chicken noodle soup, a turkey bacon sandwich, and blueberry muffin. As you can see from the pictures, there was more lettuce on it than anything else! I picked most of it off because it was way too much! There was hardly any bacon at all, and again, from the pictures, the only piece of bacon I found was mostly fat. Hardly any turkey and super small piece of gouda cheese that didn't even cover the slice of bread! For the prices they charge, this is completely unacceptable! They better step it up on their food prep before they start losing customers. I won't continue to pay high prices for crappy food. Overall, Panera is a good, healthy place to eat. Their breads are good, and they have the best blueberry muffin ever. Recently I made an online order for two southwest chicken broth bowls. I did not care for it at all, and neither did my husband. There are other good food items on the menu though, and they have a nice assortment. Also, the online order system is really fast and easy. My order was ready in 10 minutes and waiting in a special section when I walked in. Since you pay online, you can just walk in and get it without any interaction with employees, which makes it even faster. I'll definitely use that again. I also joined the rewards program and got a free pastry since I just joined.

I haven't been to the Dublin, Panera in at least a year and now I remember why. Its been very cold in the evenings so my son and I thought a bread bowl would be perfect on a cold night. We arrived at 8:00pm, the facility closes at 10:00pm. I ordered a chicken noodle bread bowl for my son and asked for the baguette as our side option. I was told they were out of baguettes. I accepted a piece of sour dough bread instead. Then I ordered a broccoli cheddar bread bowl. I was told they were all out of broccoli cheddar for the day. So I settled for southwest tortilla soup. After we paid and sat down the food runner walked over to us and saif they were all out of bread bowls so they could only offer a bowl of chicken noodle. I asked if there was a price difference the young girl said no. Well there is. Not enough of a difference for me to ask for my money back but enough for me not to come back to this location. This ALWAYS seems to be the case with this location they are ALWAYS out of breads, which I find funny since its called Panera BREAD!! Not mention they ask for tips upfront before you receive food or service. Highly annoyed appetite ruined.

I love the you pick 2 option!! The Thai chicken salad is really good and so is the Mac and cheese

It's a very cozy place with fast service. The bread and broccoli cheese soup made for a perfect lunch.

One of the best joints for a fresh salad, and the Dublin plaza restaurant happens to be one of my favorite of all Panera so far
