Didn't know place only opens at 11am....  Originaly we were going to do it at 10am Luckily we all had to run errands in the morning so change plans for 11am or else we'd be waiting for 1hour.
It was quite busy for a week day. Food was decent ...It's cheesecake factory....the service was decent. Over all nice place for catch up session and seating is comfortable.

SUPER slow service. Good food, but they are always so busy that they often forget to make items, make your order and more. I also Doordash orders from here and it always takes longer than it should do to many problems on their end.

Wait time is 55 min on any day. Plan your presence based on your hungry level and patience. Environment is quite calm and cool. I am vegetarian and tried ordering veggie burger or egg plant parmesan. However both are out of stock and after a long debate she come with some new says veggie burger she may able to get it...

The service was considerably slow.. our original server went on "dinner break," and it went down hill from there.. the servers that replaced him were nice enough, but it would take so long to get cheesecakes, boxes, etc. They took my little sister's cup to refill and it took almost 10 minutes before they brought it back. They also brought out the wrong dish for me. They fixed it though.

Food was fine but the delay on everything wasn't worth it for my family and me. Won't be coming back for a while.

Awful. We have made a few attempts to give this location the benefit of the doubt. We have yet to have a pleasant experience here. There is generally a fairly long wait (even on a Tuesday night), and the food takes absolutely forever to make it to the table. Half the time some item is not available because they are "out" or it's poorly made (typically way over cooked). Our recent trip being no exception, we even got the added benefit of super hot children's plates with hot fries that the server spilled all over my son because she couldn't reach across the table. Waited almost half an hour for my burnt chicken sandwich to be re-made, and it only took what should have been our entire meal time to get luke warm, way over-salted fries for the adult entrees. This was after the manager (whom we did not request to speak to BECAUSE they do nothing) stopped by our table to check on us. It has never taken less than 1h 20min+ from the time we are seated, which is crazy because we usually know our order upon sitting down having waited forever just to get in. Lord help you if you need a refill on your drink. Drive a little further and go to the Walnut Creek location, having to pay for parking and the added distance is worth it to not have to go through this. I'm a reasonable person. I understand if a restaurant is busy, and we don't make special requests, we are polite to our servers and don't let our kids make a mess. This location is just so poorly run. Needless to say, we won't be back.
