This review only pertains to the pharmacy itself, not the store. The pharmacy is very disorganized and they don't appear to have sufficient employees or space to handle all of the orders that they fill. I'm currently watching one of the employees dig through an overflowing bin of filled, but unsorted prescriptions, knocking several of them out on the floor. The woman behind the counter (the same one who administered my wife's flu shot) was very rude. I can't help but feel a bit bad for her as she is probably angry about everything being a busy mess but that doesn't excuse her tone, nor her action. I wasn't able to get my flu shot, unfortunately. After the woman mentioned above had to correct a mistake that she made entering my wife's information, she handed back my insurance card and simply told me that my card wasn't "active." I have used it recently elsewhere, so I'm going to assume that she made a mistake entering my information, as well. As you can imagine, I will never be coming back. The rudeness, I don't care that much about. Watching the disorganization and overload of the people who work there is a bit scary. I would personally not feel confident that they would properly dispense medication or properly advise me regarding my prescriptions.

The pharmacy staff is wonderful. They explain everything and are always so helpful. The drive-thru can get really backed up around the evening commute.
