I love the "pick two" menu option! They have the BEST mac and cheese!!! The bagels are delicious and they've always been very friendly when  I have gone into the store!! They definitely make ordering easy as you can order online for delivery or pick up. When you order pick up you don't have to wait in line to get your food, they place it on the "quick to go" bar thing and you just pick up!!!

I've loved Panera since college! My favorite is the cinnamon crunch bagel. Their soups have always been good, but I find them wanting lately. The coffee is always good and the sandwiches and salads have such a great selection too. I really love ordering online and picking up a few minutes later. That is really the best when you're sick and want chicken noodle soup but don't want to make it and don't want to get others sick by being out in public. You just go in, grab your food, and go!

Wanted to pick up a catering size salad to take home.  Ordered Greek salad with chicken.  Bill was $57.  Figured it would be a very large salad, so I was ok with that.   Clerk told me the kitchen needed my copy of my receipt, but they would put it the bag.  Unfortunately, I didn’t check the huge bag they gave me.  Only the bag was big.  The salad was no bigger than two of their full salads, which would not have cost $57.  There was no chicken, no baguette, no receipt in the bag.  Been a long time since I was ripped off this badly.

Overpriced. They have a goofy little disc that's more than likely covered in germs that's speed to inform you when your food is ready, but mine never went off. Love the bagels though.

I had a very disappointing visit. I had ordered a flatbread sandwich and when I got home to eat it the bread was hard as in crunchy hard. I had also purchased a loaf of holiday bread. When we went to eat it it was still raw on the inside. Space we ended up throwing the rest of it away. However, the Thai chicken salad was very good, but it did not make up for the other two items.
