Love the breakfast sandwiches at Panera! The avocado egg white sandwich is my favorite and I eat it several times a week.  However, I feel like lunch/dinner is a rip off..I know Panera is all about their pick2 deals etc. where you get hardly any sandwich and a small cup of soup for $10..but today I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich.  The full sandwich with a side of chips.  The cost was $7.30!  Go to any diner in the area and the same sandwich that probably tastes better is like $3.50 at the most. In my opinion the grilled cheese should not be priced the same as the other sandwiches that contain meat in them.  Please do not fall for the grilled cheese scam at Panera.

Awesome staff.   They have a great services and very friendly.  I Love the Salad and the Bread.   The tea is nice and warm.  Super food.  I will recomendé this place to all.

I ordered a $54 meal and when I picked up I asked the attendant there if everything was there and they said everything was accounted for. I got home 20 minutes away and find that 16 dollars worth of food was missing. When I called the manager she gave me an attitude and said they don’t give refunds but if I come back I can have a complimentary pastry.... I don’t want a pastry I want my food that was supposed to be in the bag.

Thank you to the shift leader, Chris, for  accommodating my entire family and I so last minute. We were on the road for hours and wanted real food for dinner. We were lucky enough to find a Panera close by,  but we showed up around 9:55 (they close at 10pm). The lady working the food area refused to service us saying the the machines were off, but Chris said it wasn't a problem at all and was happy to service us. Excellent customer service!!
