I really like this place. This place is one of the only places in Allentown that I can call for delivery . Speak to the owner and my order be correct every time and not have to repeat myself 35 times. Or put me on hold to answer the call for someone else. The food is fantastic .The owner is really nice and your order is always correct

Poor service, rude to customers, managers/owners have no customer service skills. They answer the phone and act like they don’t have time for you to give them an order. Good customer service equals listening, helping, and providing a service that is above and beyond the call of duty in all aspects of the business. These people act like they don’t care if they lose business. I expected a lot more from Parma and I have been more than disappointed on several occasions which is my fault. On the other hand that will be the last time I am let down by their cold dishes, sloppy sandwiches, and 2 hour waits for simple deliveries. Good bye Parma step it up and maybe you will get the respect you think you have. Right now 0 respect for the individuals running that pizza joint. Worst service and thank you for the cold pizza. You are probably happy that it was cold after my review here. Laugh away. Do me a favor and don’t answer this review. There is no saving face here. Apology not accepted. Do not respond to this with a fake apology it will not be taken seriously.

They do not appreciate their consumers! Not nice at all! 
My husband called to order food, he was speaking to the owner, my husband asked a question and didn’t hear the owners response, so my husband asked again. The owner became rude and abrupt with my husband because he couldn’t hear him. I called back and spoke to the owner, this person does not care for his consumers or appreciate the fact that we order from this place all of the time! No longer, we will take our business as well as our neighbors, family and friends somewhere else!

I went yesterday with my family GREAT PIZZA the only thing is the buffalo chicken pizza I had was a tad bit salty other then that great pizza.

It's good pizza when made right, but as a somewhat frequent customer my experience here has been inconsistent. They come awfully close to making it burnt more often than I'd like.
