Closest to true Italian subs I've found outside of north jersey. Staff have always been nice and accommodating.

I don't particularly enjoy people preparing my food and talking over it. That's just what happened at this location and they were so slow to get the food out only having two clients at the time, myself included. Though I did enjoy my sandwich, it was not something I enjoyed observing while they prepared it.

I've been going to primo since this location opened.  I was a regular but I think I'm done.  They still use quality ingredients, but they use only about 1/3 as much meat as they used to.  I'm sorry but if I'm spending $10 for a sub, it should be filled.  If there was any less meat it would be bare bread....

  It sucks, but they ruined a good thing for their bottom line.  Just like every other place out there.

It's like a bunch of kids running it. 
Place isn't clean and they're all standing around. 
Some of the best Hoagies I've found though.
