Was here two weeks ago after a failed attempt to have breakfast at Bob Evans down the street. Amazing contrast. The woman behind the counter was remarkably friendly, helpful and competent. I only wish I could remember her name. The food was good, particularly the French Onion soup. My only complaint is that they should be better, or faster, at cleaning the tables. Still, an enjoyable experience.

A little smaller, but a nice Panera. They have a nice outdoor section for nice days. The staff here is very helpful and extremely kind!

Staff isn’t friendly or professional. One girl there didn’t even have an apron or uniform on while preparing food. She wore a T-shirt inside out and I had to ask her to put gloves on, in which she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. I asked for a manager, and the manager was very rude. Not to mention the food that was ordered was wrong.

This is fairly close to my house, so i have been here many times. Many of the folks that work here don't seem to be very friendly. Not a great qualification for food and bev industry. This morning, two of us approached the counter to order. We were the only customers at the counter. None of the three employees behind the counter even acknowledged us for about a minute. I don't get it. Plus, the knife they brought w my food looked dirty.

Great staff, friendly service. Would recommend to everyone. It's nice to see managers step in when it gets busy. Don't see that much these days.
