Disgusting service, I called to order at 7:30pm and the person picked up for a second and sternly said wait a minute, I patiently sat on hold for 6 minutes until his return. I said may I have a smal cheese pizza, breadstick bites and a 20oz of Sprite and Coke, he instantly yelled at me saying "WE DONT SELL COKE PRODUCTS IF YOU ORDERED HE BEFORE YOU SHOULD KNOW!!! After being yelled at I asked to talk to a manager and said I wouldn't be ordering food, he said he was the manager, I asked to speak to someone else, he sighed said Jesus Ch***t and told me to go f**k myself and hug up. I called back multiple times asking for a way to file a complaint or contact corporate and was continually ignored and cussed at. I had to call another Vocelli to get corporates information to file a complaint. They are all individually owned and the owner of this location does not care about how customers are treated as long as there turning a profit. TLDR: STAY AWAY, UNACCEPTABLY RUDE SERVICE AND OVER PRICED PRODUCTS.

Great pizzas, quick delivery - very polite staff. Had to take them down, though. They have added mushrooms 3 times after being asked not to. It's on a pizza that doesn't include mushrooms on the menu.

I have been a customer of Vocelli pizza for 12 years. On Saturday, I order a pizza at 1pm. At 2:30 i called the store to fiind out happen to my pizza and was told they were business and I still had to pay for the pizza. At 3:15 the pizza showed up at my house and the driver insisted it wasn't his fault that traffic was bad and I still had to pay for the pizza. The customer service of the driver and the store employees was terrible. A simple apoligy was have help but noone thought a customer for 12 years deserved one. NEVER AGAIN!!

I called for delivery and whoever answered was nice on the phone. Food arrived hot and in 30 minutes like the guy on the phone said. Portion size was good. Taste of food was good. I would oder from here again. Note* google review wouldn't allow me to publish review until I put in a rating for "decor", since I had them deliver my food, and never saw the inside of the restaurant, I checked good so as not to harm this businesses overall review.
