They have the best food! Prices are good and you don't have to wait long to get it. There is usually plenty of seating. Good place for a quick lunch during the work day or to meet friends for lunch or dinner. They do great catering and if you're lucky to live in one of there delivery areas you can order from home.

They changed their pasteries and most of them are mostly bread with no filling inside. Only on top. Dry and tastless.
They have one that's called Almond Croissant that is so delicious. It has Almond past inside. Very good.
Only reason for three stars is very skimpy on serving size for money paid.
Customer service depends on which cafe you go to. Some better than others.

I didn’t have a very good experience picking  up my food. I ordered a cheddar broccoli soup bowl online, when I went to pick it up the bag was ready with the soup but no bread in my order it said 1 French baguette which wasn’t in the bag and I went to the manager and told him that I was missing my bread and he just threw it in my bag! Not excusing his self for the mistake. But that’s not all the piece of bread I got was so small compared to the bowl of soup I got so I went to the cash register and she was trying to charge me for another piece of bread! Which makes no sense at all and also asked what kind of soup I had which to be honest I shouldn’t matter.

I love Panera. The food is good and it's a great place to relax, read and use my laptop. No one bothers you. Quiet. My favorite place to hang out on the weekend.
