Oh my...where do I start? Well, I walk up to the door and it is held open for me by a friendly delivery driver making his way back in. As he makes his way back and I, to stand in line, I (possibly we) were welcomed very warmly, by pretty much the whole kitchen. 

"Welcome back!" 

I smiled. Not only did I feel at home, within SECONDS of walking in, but it truly felt genuine. You see, Papa Johns pizza has always been so good to me where, when it's prepared right, it fills me with the warm and fuzzies that only coming home brings, so when I was greeted again by the cashier with the best customer service I've probably had ALL 2017, I nearly lost it! 

I am then handed my order (The 7-7-7) and not only, (after my own tardiness), were my pizzas still very warm but REGARDLESS, they were f*****' immaculate! 😱

Wth?! Who does that?? 👀

Papa Johns on Forest Hill Ave, in RVA does that, that's who! 

Needless to say, whoever is running that night shift needs to stand up and take yourself a well earned bow for successfully leading such a strong and united team; and ultimately for the pleasure of your new AND regular guests! 

Also, if you guys actually do greet your drivers' the same way, I would be no more good...and for real this time. I'm a firm believer in collective team encouragement (not just managerial) because it makes us ALL want to come in and win and I like to think that in a world where, likely, motor accidents are the leading cause of death, we would all find the time to welcome back our brothers and sisters who risk their lives every second they're in the car to deliver us a hot pizza, in a timely fashion.

I called for takeout and when asked where we were I gave the address (Tempsford lane 1.9 miles) when asked where it was, and they hung up on me because they did not wasn't to listen to my answer. Clearly the don't want my business.

Placed an order online at 9:30 for delivery and was given a delivery time frame of 28 minutes which would've been 9:58. Around 10:20 when I hadn't received my order, I called to the store to complain and they assured me that my order was on the way. I didn't get a knock on my door until 11:10 with my order and my food was cold. Not to mention I'm pregnant and was starving. I will never again order from there.

Online specials are half the price of phone orders. To me, that is dishonest pricing; you don't treat customers that way.

I canceled my phone order and will NOT be ordering online, based on that questionable practice. 

...Also, I had been waiting on hold for over 6 minutes.
