My friend and I were were visiting from New Hampshire and decided to stop in around 8:40pm on 4/18. For some reason my friend got her meal and I was waiting for about 20 minutes afterwards and still hadn’t gotten my meal. I wasn’t able to get a name, but a very nice man asked if I needed anything and helped get my food very quickly. I wasn’t angry at all, as I know things happen and it wasn’t anyone’s fault. However, he still offered to either give me a refund or pick a few things from the bakery. I picked a few things from the bakery and was overall very happy with my experience. I have been to other restaurants where I didn’t receive my food and the employee didn’t seem to care. Overall, I wish I could come back to this location and think it’s better than mine at home! Also this location was very clean when we visited

Very Disappointed.
Yesterday I ordered a cappuccino & a tomato, mozzarella & pesto sandwich (no meat). I waited at least 15 minutes for it (people in booth next to me were complaining that they never had to wait that long also). 
When food was delivered, I asked the server where the rest of my sandwich was. He said it was a half sandwich.  I said that I didn't order a half sandwich, pus the sandwich cost was $6.29 plus tax for a meatless sandwich.  He said it was more money because it was organic! I showed him that there were 2 tomato slices and 4 small squares of cheese. 
Me, family, friends.... have been loyal customers for years.  No more.

Delicious food! Busy but makes sense with where it is. I love to do the rapid pick up online ordering to skip the lines.

I was driving through town and stopped at this Panera Bread location. Waiting a while to place my order due to 2 cashiers and large orders that were being placed. As I approached the cashier, Ramar, he didn’t great me with a smile and only said hello after I said hello. Not sure what I did to piss him off but he seemed bothered by me. I said Thank you and grabbed my receipt, which he clearly was not interested in giving me. First time I experienced this in any Panera location. Hope to not experience it again.
