Had an early lunch of the U Pick 2 Green Goddess salad with chicken and a cup of  clam chowder. Perfect tastes and serving sizes. Fresh greens, tomato, boiled egg, red onion and avocado. Nicely seasoned chicken. Soup served hot. Yummy baguette on the side. Great treat for myself!

Great staff.  The cashier was efficient and friendly.  The manager was very helpful in finding me a salad dressing I was not allergic to.  Tasty coffee.  A very enjoyable experience!

I have been going to Panera Bread for years but after today I will never return to this Oak Lawn location. Sharron was our cashier and the best part of my experience, very helpful girl. After I received my food I noticed that my cookie was rock hard. My bf went to the counter to try to exchange it and was immediately greeted with a nasty attitude by the manager Tracey. She gave him a hard time and kept cutting him off. Tracey what type of manager is rude to a polite customer? I mean over a cookie? We are pleasant people and I honestly expect better customer service (with a smile) when I walk into Panera. It’s one of the reasons I keep coming back. Clearly the staff and management should trade places at this location.

Greay food and verages. Love the soups. You can go alone or with friends. Quiet and calm place.

Just dropped in for some warm soup one cold wintertime Chicago weather day. I ordered carryout and was on my way. The whole restaurant transaction order correct was great, the food was decent, and this ends this review 🙂
