This particular location has been nothing but disappointing. Every time I have ordered something has been missing or messed up with my order. No exaggeration Every Time! Food is almost always cold when delivered and I would not even attempt to reach them over the phone, they are very unresponsive! Highly recommend people do not order from here! This location needs to get its act together.

I had paid over the phone with a credit card for a  delivery. Clearly something went wrong and even though it was paid over the phone, the delivery man wanted me to pay him cash. And then proceeded to argue with me if I had paid cash or credit card. He then put me on the phone with someone at the store and had me repeat the credit card number and as I said it he said that they already had it on file and it was paid for. They told me to have a good night, I took my pizza inside and not even 5 minutes later the store was calling me saying the card did not go through. This was the most chaotic and worst experience I have ever had with any pizza delivery. I have repeated my card number so many times it has made me uncomfortable and not secure in how safe the transaction really was.

One of the best quick service restaurants in Oak Lawn, this store offers a awesome deal every single day of th e week. They use fresh dough, meats and Veggies and the Garlic Butter sauce is awesome. The sell Baked wings which are really tasty and unique. Owner MJ is frriendly and dedicated.  I recommend this store.

Worst experience ever with this location.  I placed an order around 4:45 p.m., getting an estimated delivery time of 5:21-5:26.  At 5:27, I received a text that my order was on it's way - I live roughly 3 minutes from this location.  At 5:43, I tried calling for the status of my order, and no one answered after the phone rang for quite a while.  I tried again a couple minutes later and was asked to hold - 27 minutes later, someone picked up an immediately hung up on me!  The food finally arrived around 6 p.m. and was cold and really gross.  The driver was extremely unpleasant as well.  I ordered online and put my tip in with the order and can't even get a hold of the location to get a refund.  I tried calling corporate and they were even less helpful.  AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

I ordered through grub hub at 8:29. Expected delivery was for 9:35 to 9:45. Then changed to 9:45 to 9:55. No big deal. So 10:13 rolls around and I call just to check if the order was coming soon. The manager in training tells me the order is supposedly received by the manager. Yet said he was checking the status of grub hub orders. He proceeds to call the manager for which I'm on hold for 15 minutes. At this point it's been 2 hrs since I ordered and they close at 11pm. You can bet I'm not ordering from here again. Grubhub even apologized on there behalf although it wasnt even there fault.
