Panera Bread

Hello my people! Well today I Went to Panera bread and I love that everyone is so nice and day Omar took our order and I was super please his customer service was amazing and he offered us special they have going on and he was super great.. I wanted to also just say the bathroom must be checked and maintain more and maybe every 15 mins because In 5 it can be Destroyed as a women I want a bathroom that is clean and stocked there were no paper toilet thank god I had in my purse .. but over all I love the place and the eating in it’s so clean and well taken care of

I hear and see a lot of complaints about this Panera location and it turns out to be some truth in them. Nothing wrong with any staff members but the food. The veggie sandwich was not as good as other Panera locations. The Tomato Margarita flatbread was completely burnt. Guess if we ever have to revisit then stick to the menu which they are good and do not order anything else to try on.

Tiny portions definitely not worth the premium price…love their food but their portions are disappointing. Asked them about the portion of the large soup and the young lady said “You ate some already” I showed her the two clean spoons customer no-service. We should have gone to the Lake Nona location, well worth the drive.

We had lunch here. We had; Barbecue chicken sandwich with Chilli soup and Cinnamon roll Lemonade to drink. The food was good as all Panera Breads. The place was clean and not crowded when we went. Features: No mask are required

$30 for lunch 15 for mine is too much with a salad that is brown on the edges. Showed it to the lady at the counter. She said brown and got a blank stare on her face. Not very personable

Totally unacceptable..... there's no meat on the sandwhich....such a waste of my money. 1st time and definitely last time.

I have never been to a Panera Bread restaurant before. The server told me the Chipotle Chicken Avocado sandwich was the most popular thing on the menu so I ordered it with a cup of the Autumn Harvest Squash soup. Both were outstanding! I hope to go back there very soon.

We were absolutely disappointed in our visit to this Panera bread today. As always, we got the *two for* special. My daughter and I usually split it and it's plenty for two of us. Today however, when our food was ready, we were mortified at the amount of mac and cheese we were given. A 2-year-old could have eaten the amount they gave us. Our cup was filled about halfway, which I don't understand. I work in food service and I expect more from Panera than what we got today. I will seriously reconsider coming back here for lunch after today's debacle.

They were out of the bread for the bread bowl we wanted so we ordered sandwiches and a bowl of soup. They were also out of several of the free items that come with so we didn't get anything we came for. I also felt like the staff was rude, not just one but all of them. They were also unwilling to substitute a muffin or pastry for the 3 free items we wanted but didn't have any didn't have our second choice either. They also didn't put one of the free items they did have in our bag. I had to go back and ask for it. I also went to the wrong location because its still showing as open online.

I was here with my family for lunch. We are vegetarians hence chose to have Mediterranean sandwich, tomato soup, Mac and cheese, French bread with salted butter and hibiscus lemonade. Loved the food, tomato soup was extremely sour hence took refund.
