How can you forget the main ingredient in a sandwich? I had no chicken in my sandwich. I know people make mistakes but it is kind of hard to go back to Wawa and ask for a replacement at the moment. Attention to detail is very important.

20 minute wait on a chicken quesadilla. That had the bare minimum In it. No cheese. Barely anything but sauce in it.

Ethanol free gas! I have been searching for ethanol free gas for our lawnmower and could not find any except at this Wawa see pic attached. Did not try food or had any interaction with staff.

The most horrifying experience I've had at a wawa I literally was shocked. The night time manager Lewis was the most unprofessional, instigating, most disrespectful person I've ever encountered. How can such a structured respectable company hold such a person in this position. I thought maybe one bad egg shouldn't represent a company, but when we complained about our horrible experience, his GM who was not present at that moment, ended up backing him up. Do they not pull camera footage? It's very clear in Lewis's aggressive state how his actions were completely wrong yet wawa completely backed him. I guess it wasn't only 1 bad egg but maybe this company is after all loosing its values. It's a shame. Just a warning, if you enter this wawa have your phones ready to record because of you are verbally attacked, wawa does not turn to their security cameras. Or stick with the wawa stations more on the west side of Kissimmee. Even poinciana.

~Ummm.... why has the bathrooms not been being cleaned properlyin over two weeks? The men's bathroom has had sh*t in one pic on the wall above the toilet paper thing for TWO WEEKS now, I wiped it off for them today. Other pic after I wiped it with some toilet paper Truly disgusting. I understand that some customers are nasty, but as someone whose assigned job is to clean the bathroom amongst other things, you should CLEAN IT PROPERLY~ ~Some food safety protocols are not followed properly. I understand a lot of places in kissimmee don't care to much about handling food 100% how it's supposed to be handled. But seeing management move into the kitchen to help the line without washing hands is a big red flag, among other food safety failings~ People need to care more

Wawa is well known for their good products, sandwiches, meals among others good and reliable products excepting for the wawa located in Orange Blossom Trail and Donegan St, honestly I’m a fanatic of the Cesar salad from wawa but eat this product form this location probably will be your worst experience ever, the staff behind the counter preparing your food is not polite about they handle the orders, really the Cesar salad is the worst I ever tried in years…… really disappointed with this location

So disappointed how this location has gone downhilll from bad management lately . Store manager Jackie should not be dealing with customers . She is very rude , uneducated and unprofessional . Jackeline, please let good employees deal with customers not you . Please get training and education in customer service and you are going to get farther in life .

This is the most disgusting wawa I've been too, I just got banned for buying a homeless man food, I didn't know what was going on. This lady in the kitchen comes up to me and tells me I'm not allowed in this wawa. She then proceeds to record me and says I'm not allowed in this wawa anymore. They wouldn't even allow me to pump my gas, I hope that anyone who goes to wawa at night to be careful because thier coustumer service for night shift is appalling.

I Always have a Awesome Experience when I go to this Wawa. They have Everything I need, whether it be Gas, Breakfast/ Lunch, etc*

Love Wawa but was surprised that the bathroom was in disarray. Other than that, everything was fine.
