This Panera was great! We ordered ahead to pick-up in store. The food was being finished when we arrived early. We were informed that they were out of the dinner rolls we requested as our “side,” but it was close to their closing time and understandable. For the inconvenience, they went above and beyond and offered extra baguettes (without us having to ask); that’s customer service and hard to find these days. All of our food was prepared exactly as ordered and was still hot by the time we got home to eat it. I was excited to see that this location has a drive-thru and will be my go-to Panera in this area.

That's amazing place with friendly personal , i really like this healthy and fresh food. Recommend the broccoli cheddar soup and cherry pie with mango tea. Perfect!

By far the nicest Panera I have yet visit in Illinois reminded me of the one back in California. Clean and inviting. They play great music and the bathrooms are designed beautifully. 

You can come in sit down and order straight from your table on the app if there is a line or order ahead for a speedy pick-up.

I had the steak and cheese panini and let me tell you it was excellent! Kinda wish the soup was ready earlier than 11 but I understand it's typically a lunch item. 

Will be back and I highly recommend this place.

The parking and entrance and exit is horrible here. I have hard time believing that anyone did a traffic study for this. Deadly intersection in Palatine. Love Panera but not this location.

Maricela, Aneta, Hector, Gina,latifa( many more!) Are amazing people.  I had to change my diet to no wheat dairy or sugars.  Makes buying true clean food very difficult.  They always go out of their way to accommodate me.  Always friendly even when I'm clearly hangry.  Literally helping me survive in a world where most food is really bad for you.  Most people don't want to help. Not here! Because of that I go out of my way to patronize this store only because of them!  Please tell them thank you for me and other health concious people like me.  IMPORTANT!!!  Also get rid of the kiosks!!! That is a horrible way of taking jobs here.  I will never use them and anyone that does is an idiot!  You will never be able to meet staff like these and you will never get the money back companies like this take even after eliminating hard working Americans jobs!   We need companies that care about people as much as profit!!! More if they are smart and want customers like me!  Thanks again to the people at the Palatine IL Panera.  My name is Roger and I wrote and appove this review.
