Messed up an order and refused to replace the sandwiches. Manager (kevin) instead spends 10 minutes failing to find my order and refused to fix issue.

If an employee hurts himself while working at Jimmy John's, shouldn't Jimmy John's pay the doctor bills? Apparently Jimmy John's doesn't think so! We are still waiting for a simple response let alone payment of the medical bills.
