Brunch here was SO good we came back the next day too!!! Really fresh, locally sourced organic meals. So happy to get fresh veggies for breakfast! I was even able to eat the toast because it was gluten free!!! The smoked pork loin was especially tasty too. Very friendly wait staff - even though they are kept busy!

An absolutely flawless brunch restaurant that I quickly find myself becoming a regular at. They smoke their own meats in-house, use the freshest ingredients from local farms, and combine them into fantastic recipes that will keep you coming back for more every time. Service is great but because the place is so popular, expect a wait on the weekends. Well worth it though, as their breakfast can’t be beat.

I love Spoon & Seed; have never had a bad meal since I started going there a couple of years ago!  Food is fantastic, creative, locally sourced and made from scratch.  The ambiance is relaxed and warm - great decor.  It's off the beaten path a bit, but so worth seeking out!
The staff is great; always friendly and efficient.   This restaurant is run with love and attention to detail.  It feels like a family run business because it is.  The owners continue to do a fabulous job.

spinach & tomatoes & feta omelet was delicious!  definitely one of the best fresh market cafes on the cape!!  they use paper straws & have organic herbs growing right on premises!  quaintness & quality is what your getting here!!

Spoon and Seed has a great atmosphere. Food is delicious.  Vegetables and fruit comes from local farmers. There herbs are right outside the restaurant.  And, I almost forgot, the food is "Organic."
