Horrible, giving them one star is gracious. Main issue, they are not in tuned with their inventory. Don't blame a co-worker for putting an item in the wrong spot. Know your inventory before you give it to the customer. With how common food allergies are now days, that could be danagerous. Finally, cafe' that runs out of coffee at 7:15am on a Tuesday, really? If you care about your craft, the people you serve , then Panera Bread fix this create a better process. Ticket# 325287 & 325288

Came here twice at two different times, and both times the dining area and washroom were nasty dirty. MOLD in the freaking bathrooms.. Carpets are grimy and tables are filthy. All of this while they weren't even busy.. One star just for the fact that the food tastes like every other Panera (good) and I can't give them zero stars. Did I mention the cashier was also eating a cookie while taking my order?.. Check #: 441053

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The staff messed up a couple sandwiches that my husband and I ordered. They've started serving their bread on thin bread and when I asked the manager why she told me they had always been that way. I tried to argue with her (since I know that's not true) but she just shut me down and told me she'd been there for years and that they had always been served that way. So now I'm mad because she's lying right to my face and being rude about it. I figured if I told corporate they could set her right and buy me 2 sandwiches to replace the ones they messed up. It took a week for their "customer care representative " to send me my gift card and it was for $5, not even enough to cover one sandwich. I've never been so insulted, terrible service. I would not recommend anyone to go to this location or even any other if this is how they treat their customers. I've been a loyal customer for years but I will not be going back.

healthy good food and fast service. However, bathroom needs attention with regards due paper towel maintenance and ensuring that garbage toilet bin must be emptied. This is NOT the first time I have noticed it.

The cashier was condesending and really rude. Her manager didn't say anything she didn't take responsibility. Me and my friends order were both wrong and the soup was cold- room temp. // the desserts were limited and they were disgusting!! Only panera I've been to that's bad.
