The lady at the fitting room was highly sexist. She said men where not aloud upstairs at all, what? I’ve never heard this nor is this a Macy’s rule and was not posted, I did not enter any fitting room, highly disrespectful, I was simple with my girlfriend to help her find shoes, I wasn’t going to leave her alone! I responded with excuse me and she said you heard me I did not say anything and left highly disrespectful and I am an average shopper at Macy’s they will not be getting my business

Jason in men's suits is great. I was on my way to a meeting when I stained my shirt. Stopped into Macy's in Oakbrook and Jason took care of me. Great customer service!!!

Bugs in the cafe food area in the basement. Unsanitary conditions. Gnat/fly infestation around the starbucks area, as well. Disgusting.

Spent $550 and I couldn’t even get free shipping I had to pay $80 for shipping not only that but I didn’t end up keeping the item I returned it and they charge me another $80 just to come pick it up RIP OFF
