disappointed with the new staff.. just sat down.. and someone wanted to clear my cup.. please ask.. don't touch cups especially people want to eat.. waited forever for my order.. and there is no privacy.. need more tables and space.. missed the old atmosphere..

Not too bad! Now they have outdoor seating and DIY ordering stations (fancy touchscreen computers). There's something for everyone here, the veggie only crowd, the protein conscious, sweets lovers.

I ordered breakfast - 2 bagels toasted cream cheese - 1 frozen Carmel coffee and a pre-made Cesar salad at 7:09 am. I waited to pick up my items at the counter when I observed customers after me with more lengthy orders retrieving theirs prior to my simple order. I questioned the manager on duty what was going on and he had the nerve to say it's been 6 minutes. Obviously I could tell he was off his time as it was more like 10 according to the receipt time as I more than happily corrected his ability to read time. Let me say it was 13 minutes for a simple order to be completed even after I got my order the drink was not correct. I guess the thing that got me upset was the manager's attitude and lack of customer service ability - and as we morning working people know minutes in the morning count when you are about to hit traffic. Nice place what it needs now is a good manager !!!!

Great service. Altough their soups aré realy good their sandwiches could use some help, they were decent but very cold.

Very good location with clean eating area. Staff here is very helpful and gives excellent service.
