Had a great 2 experiences but today I went in  to exchange a pair of shoes that were just too big. I gave it a chance when I explained to the lady I tried to give them a try but on the first day I had blisters due to being too big. I wanted a size down, she went to get the shoes for me to try on and they fit great. She instantly told me she would not sell me shoes like that because they are too small. I spent good money and just wanted what I would be happy with. Don't want a pair of shoes that will cause blisters and will just sit in my closet. I walk all day at work and need shoes that will support my feet and comfort. I didn't care for the tone of her voice when she walked off and went straight to her cell phone. Customer service is important all she had to do is listen to me and we could have found a solution. I ended up with the shoes but if I ever go back I will make sure another worker will assist me. 🙁

This place is excellent.  The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.  The owner, Bill, was very knowledgeable and helped me find a perfect shoe.  Also a plus, it's a locally owned business!  Highly recommend and I will be going back.

Have bought my last 4 pairs of shoes here and the service is always top notch.  No need to go anywhere else.  The 2 women that helped me yesterday triggered this review.  They were knowledgeable, professional, and most of all you could tell they really take pride in what they do.  Nice new location too. (new location hasn't been updated in google as of this review)

I have been a customer for several years. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.  With my continuous foot issues, they make sure I am set with a comfortable pair of sneakers which are the best for my stride and high arches.

I have a strange foot problem and the Running Center did not have the product to assist me, BUT they did not hesitate to direct me to another outlet that would and did have the shoes I needed.  That's customer service.  Plus, these folks were very nice, very knowledgeable, and very engaging.  My regret is not being able to spend more dollars with them.
