This location is also very friendly. You get an immediate hello and they sign you in. The store is always busy despite another T-Mobile store being just 2 minutes away. Their all great people but for fast honest results ask for George .

This store never has anything I need, I fail to see why they are even open. Just because there is a newer model of a phone out, don't stop carrying things for the last generation -- everyone isn't into getting the latest and greatest. And when I do get ready to upgrade - I will go to the South Tampa store - they have always been very helpful and professional.

This store is nothing but problems. I told the sales associate my budget and through excessive wording, he padded his own pay check by charging me over $230 in accessories explained as a promotion. Rather than working with me, the associate responsible for this decided to argue with me in the middle of the store, taking opportunities between pauses with his current customer to ridicule my statements. This store, over the course of 13 months, has proven to me that they are unprofessional and skilled con-artists. I don't recommend this location to any t-mobile customers.

Very disappointed with the assistant store manager and service. This location had more than enough employees in their back office to eliminate the wait in the lobby. Instead we waited 45 minutes to exchange a device and then to only watch management walk around instead of stepping up. As a long time customer this was truly a location to forget if you expect good customer service.
