Nice staff, clean place. However, the extra avocado they charge for was exactly one quarter of an avocado. Seeing that it costs more than buying one in a store, more would be nice on an extra salad. They shoved everything in one small bag, salad box poked through and broke bag, so I dropped my drink all over my self and the car when the bag ripped. Also, the handicapped ramp is closed, which I needed! No sign, no alternate, just closed. Wasn't the best experience. My favorite soup, Broc cheddar, tasted like something's different too. The cheese and thickness is odd. But all in all, in still a Panera fan.

Every time I come to this location something is wrong with the order. The sandwiches look like if they just threw it together. What sucks the most is that it is the closest to my job so I have no choice but to hope for the best when I order.

I met Margie in paneras at the willow brook mall. She is very personable I will comeback often just because of her ways, also like the restaurant. I will come more often because of Margie. I am giving her 5 stars. From Elizabeth.

Great food, great atmosphere. Comfy chairs for working in and nice loyalty program that gives us free perks or coupons off stuff on the menu. During the holidays they have nice promotion for gift cards. Wish they had more power outlets for times when I bring a laptop. Their wifi is decent though during lunch rush it can be spotty and hardly anywhere to sit.

Panera is one of the healthiest place to eat good natural food that not fry and it's good for you.
