The staff is nice, but for the most part,  my order is usually wrong. I've ordered a small soup and been given and charged for large. Today, I ordered a ham, cheese and egg sandwich, but got a sausage, cheese and egg. I had to go back and ask for my bakery item that they didn't give me. They really need some retraining here and I think the cashiers should start repeating orders back.

Ordered delivery around 3:30pm last week. Food was delivered in about 15 minutes. My sister got a pick 2 but did not receive her bread bowl or her salad, so we called. They apologized and said it would be there right away! 40 minutes go by and we haven't seen them yet. By this time, the point of spending time together and having a meal is shot, since she did not want me to wait to eat my food, as I had waited quite awhile. After an hour, her bread bowl and salad are finally delivered. Called the store to see what the happened and we were on hold for almost 10 minutes so the employee could get the manager. Manager never answered the phone but the girl did give us a refund, which we do appreciate. The food is always delicious, just doesn't always come all together. Had a similar issue with the Dearborn Heights store as well.

I visit this particular location frequently. I normally never have an issue but the last few times I have. I have one order I get everytime. The cashier is very rude and annoyed because my order is custom made. Today when I got my order I asked why my sandwich was made differently from the other a million times I've ordered. I asked if they could fix it and the young lady just wanted to argue with me and say it's made the same everytime. Nobody smiles when you walk in ever.. this will be my last visit. I'd already let go of the fact that no one ever keeps the floors and tables clean but geez come on.

The food is always delicious but a star lost because the place is normally pretty dirty and seems every time we go they're out of something we are trying to order. Wouldn't make as much of a fuss if it wasn't at like 1pm. Staff has been friendly so far though.
