I have been going to this location for quite sometime now. I begin receiving great customer service in the beginning , but notice that they were recruiting new employees. I now receive terrible costumer service and the employees have bad attitudes and a lack of respect to costumers. My order are always messy and wrong. I will not be giving this location any of my services anymore, and would highly recommend those looking for great costumer service and employees who will own up to their mistakes , to drive down Ford rd in Canton Mi to Dunkin Donuts.

My whole time here, the workers were constantly swearing, complaining, and disrespecting management. Frequent speaking of drugs, and just plain immaturity in the workplace. I do not recommend this place.

This is the worst Tim's I've ever been too. Constantly out of stuff, slow, rude. If I could give 0 stars I would.
