Great place. They make an effort of explaining the work that needs to be done, the prices, and how it impacts your insurance. The facility is clean, well lit, and no funny smells. The staff are all very friendly and always greet with a smile, they really make you feel like family. Would highly recommend.

Tony Paolucci has managed to hire some of the nicest and most efficient people to work in his practice. The fact that I met Denise today who has been working there for 24 years tells me that it is a pleasant place to work. She did a great job and made an ordinary dental appointment into a fun visit. Everyone I have encounted has been experienced, knowledgeable and kind.

It has been a very long journey for my Husband and I to find the perfect staff and perfect dentists and I can say this much I have found them!!!
I have never sat down on a dentist chair and felt so at home and so at ease as I did with my experience here.  The atmosphere is great and their appointment punctuality for me so far has been on POINT!  I'm so glad that I gave them a chance.  And that's a chance I'm grateful for!!

I've been a patient at this office for a little over a year. I have had nothing but positive experiences with this practice. The staff are all friendly and have done a great job of putting me at ease and making sure I'm comfortable. The front office staff even took it upon themselves to do some research on my insurance coverage and discovered that I can in fact have a much-needed implant covered, and referred me to Dr. Livson (part of their practice in a different office), who is excellent and will be providing the implant early next year. The hygenists are fantastic... thorough, personable, and not TOO aggressive. Dr. Kaufman is kind an inspires great confidence. I also very much appreciate that they offer appointments late in the afternoon, as this means I don't have to take time off from work. After a number of very negative experiences with other Rhode Island dentists, I am so thankful that I found Paolucci Family Dentistry!

The dentists here are top notch!  Very professional and personable. They love their jobs and take pride in their work! Dr. Paolucci even offers patients his cell phone number for emergency purposes.  The office staff are just as pleasant and willing to help. They sit down with you and explain your bill and when you need urgent care they reach out to you as soon as there is an open time slot. I highly recommend this family practice!
