I want to thank Dr. John Ricci and his son, Dr. Eric Ricci for taking care of a dental problem today.  I don't know of many dentists that would take the time to see a patient on a Sunday morning the day before Christmas in such an immediate and compassionate manner.  Merry Christmas to you and your family.  And I promise....no more taffy or candy canes over the holidays!  Thank you again.  Pat T

I had my first cleaning with Dr. Eric this morning. It was hands down the BEST dentist appointment I've ever had! This is coming from a girl who has always been deathly afraid of dentists, so much so that I avoided going for 8 years before today. Walking in, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was immediately comforted by the cozy family setting and the extremely sweet, welcoming receptionist (who is also part of the family!). Not only did Dr. Eric make sure that my cleaning was COMPLETELY painless, he was also extremely friendly and funny. I couldn't be happier (or more shocked) to know that I will actually be excited to go to the dentist from now on! Amazing!!!

I had the most pleasant experience this morning at Ricci Family Dentistry! Dr. Eric was very kind, caring, and professional and he is hands down the best dentist I have ever trusted with my teeth. I had a filling done and Dr. Eric made the experience amazing! The care that he puts into his work truly shows and makes the entire experience painless. He explained everything that he was doing and answered all of my questions, while being extremely patient. He really treats you like family and wants the best for his patients. Dr. Eric and the staff at Ricci Family Dentistry have been nothing short of amazing! From the moment the front desk staff greeted me and the entire way through my appointment, I was treated with total respect, which I haven’t always felt at other offices. Dr. Eric is incredibly skilled. I was never hurt, nicked, or handled roughly and he always put me at ease. There are many reasons to love Dr. Eric, his work, and the great staff, and for every one, I will be a loyal patient. I highly recommend Dr. Eric and Ricci Family Dentistry! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

As a 30+ year patient of Dr. John Ricci, I was so pleased to meet his son Dr Eric today. Dr. Eric re-cemented my crown today at my unplanned visit. I was so pleased to see how his style of patient care and his mannerisms were so like his Dad's. This is such a win-win situation, Eric with his most up to date education/training and John with his many years of experience. A perfect blend of the old(sorry Dr. John) and the new. Add to that Christina, the most pleasent and friendly receptionist around makes it the best dental practice in RI!❤️

One thing I have ALWAYS been afraid of the dentist!  But when I was introduced to this office I was amazed on how fast they made me feel comfortable. They are great at what they do. Clean and friendly atmosphere! And to top it off now Dr. Ricci's son has joined the practice and not only is he comforting, but he has the same great personality as his dad :-) He will make such a great addition!
