Been a regular customer for past couple of years. A couple of order issues, but nothing compared to the cold, over cooked cardboard pizza I picked up last night. Disgusting! I left feedback online and only received an apology. I called to speak with manager and was left on hold the first time and hung up on the second time. New workers...look greasy. Save yourself and go elsewhere!!!!

Never have I left a review, but today had me upset. Spent $32 for 2 pizzas and cheese sticks including the delivery fee to wait 90 mins and get pizzas that we had to put in the microwave to get the cheese melted and the crust soft. I understand the weather was bad earlier and traffic may be a little slow but we live 5 mins if that from the store. Some communication would good so I could have saved the fee and gotten the pizza while it was nice and warm.

Worst experience ever! Ordered Pizza that took almost two hours to recieve! Not only was it not well done like I requested, it was extremely under cooked and I had to place it in the oven! Never ordering from here again, as this is a repeat issue!!

Awesome staff! Courteous and most helpful to make our experience great. The preparation of the ingredients on our pizza was wonderful. Recommend Papa John's Pizza - Rockwall to everyone. The pizza was fresh and each bite was Delicious. Thank you!
