Pizza not delivered after an hour. A phone call to them said give it 5 more minutes. Called and was told that it was delivered to another address and my credit card receipt was signed by someone else and maybe I should go check it out. Another order would be sent at no charge and a credit issued to me. I called back to find out if a tip was added by whoever signed my credit card receipt and was made aware that “oh no no one was home at that address so actually the pizza was returned to the store.” By this time two hours had passed and I just declined their pizza all together and asked for a credit. My card has already been charged and now I have to make sure the credit is received. The whole thing was a pain and enough that I will never order from there again. A delivery driver showed up after I declined the order and said it was free, but we just said no thanks.

They always mess up our order. Tonight brought the wrong wings so I call and the manager says she would send them right out and 45 min later I called and said oh we didn’t have your address seriously they had brought pizza out tonight to our house worst service ever!!!!

A little chaotic for carry out. Orders weren't ready, some were incomplete. But, I guess that's part for a Friday evening. No complaint on the pizzas themselves.
