IF you are not born in this country, they don't like to do business with you. If you can't bend over backfoward to put up with their lack of customer service, do not call them.
I saw a TV commercial that advertises $10 large topping pizza. I called this store to order 2 pizzas. I asked how many toppings i can get at this price. I was told 2 toppings after i asked a half dozen times. So I ordered 2 pizzas and asked for total. He told me $38.95. I was surprised and asked why and did not get an answer. Since i went back and forth about the price and toppings and got very slow response each time, i was frustrated and called him stupid and requested like 10 times to speak to someone else. During the time i asked to speak to someone else, he told me to learn english. I told him i have been in this country longer than he has been which is over 30 years.He said it don't matter because he is born here and i have no right to insult him, etc. He told me that he will get someone from my country to talk to me (he did not ask which country i was from). Finally, someone came to phone. I asked about this deal and told him i want to order 2 pizzas at $10/each. He responded: the smallest pizza we have.... I stopped him by pointing out I am asking about $10 large pizza deal. He said that he can only give me $24 deal instead of $20. He said when people call, they will try to get them to spend more. The only way I can get this deal is to find out online the details and order online. I told him that I will not order but will give a honest review.
As a business owner myself, I can see the team need to improve customer service and be educated about racial bias against the potential customers who are not born in this country. I could hear the staff giggling in the background when he said I can't speak English well and he will get someone from my country to talk to me. The entire store is racist.

I have to say that the service is bad and they dont even know the items on there menu like the boneless pizza with a 2 litre coke

I've ordered from this Papa John's at least 20 times this year. They have NEVER gotten my order correct, there is ALWAYS SOMETHING WRONG OR FORGOTTEN. Even when you call back and complain and they send a free pizza THERE WILL STILL BE PROBLEMS. I am done dealing with these rude idiots. And honestly, the 50% off specials aren't even that great of a deal. Delivery fee is $3.99 now. Sheesh.

i order from there quite frequently and every time they are late. I finally got tired of it last night after waiting an hour for a single large cheese pizza. After calling twice and being left on hold for five minutes each time, I finally got in touch with the manager who told me that I "was not priority" and hung up on me. I tried calling back and once they realized it was me again they put me back on hold. Pizza came 15 minutes later and was cold.

I did not eat the za sslept under the stairs porch by parking and was not bothered there was chair under porch missing leg which is practical joke to play on bum. Rain falls straight down is good shelter if it goes sideway you get wet and muddy here so tarpauilin is good
