If I could give a 0 I would. We ordered two pizzas to be delivered. It was an hour long wait. The pizza was raw and the meat as well. When my husband to call to get a refund the person who answered hung up the phone. When I called back the manager laughed and said he thought I was giving a compliment. I demanded the district manager name but he claimed he was the owner. Quickly changed his tune when I said I would be in tomorrow morning. He proceeded to tell me he might issue a refund. Not only do I have to call my bank to make sure it's refunded but have the Hassel making sure this never happens again.

Average at best.  I don't know how they made it this long in Rhode Island with the tremendous amount of Quality Pizza establishments.

Unsatisfied, called in an order over the phone for delivery & ordered a pizza , soda, and cinnamon twist for dessert & when it got delivered to my house there was no dessert. Also the pizza a specifically said only something on half of it and there was still some on the other half that I didn't want it to be.. what if I was allergic to it and I told you not to put it on and you did. Person who took the order claimed that "they were having internet problems". 😡😤

Just your average Papa John's, good pizza, took them under 15 mins to make 2 hot fresh pizzas, and some cheese bread
