So this week pizza picked up was so burnt why it was even put in box is beyond me. Two weeks ago they sent my pizzas 30 mins away then to my house. 1 hour to my door ... Sorry 54 mins from time it left People's Plaza. PS my house 5 mins away. I know this is why I went to pick up this time. Well still ended badly ...only good thing when I left to pick up Min up 7 now Phil 24 up. Guess I missed a few plays. Thanks Papa John's. Stinks that normally I like the Pizza but when the people act like it's no big deal that's what makes you upset. I guess as long as phone rings off hook... Maybe it would be better to deliver a good product instead of hundreds of bad ones. My 2 cents.

The pizza is great but not sure it's worth the very long wait for a pick- up.

Ordered online for delivery for sons BDay party. Called 15 min after suppose to be there. They said call the newark they don't have my order. Called Newark they said look at confirmation it has to be peoples plaza. Called back got put on hold for 3 minutes. Hung up called 3 times and it just kept ringing. I thought maybe they were screening my call so called on another phone and they answered. Meanwhile I drove there since 40 people were getting hungry. They said they missed my order because they were so busy it was at the bottom of the screen and had to scroll. Whole reason I ordered ahead of time was to miss the busy rush and not worry while getting ready for the party. They didn't even seem very apologetic. Ended up missing some of my sons party and getting food there an hour late....

Fresh, fast, and delicious pizza. You can get so many rewards if you order online. Definitely my number one pizza place!
