Never really had any problems with this place. Good pizza and usually fast delivery. If you live at Northpoint you get a sweet deal here.

The workers are really nice and they've never messed up on my order and have always given me what I want. The pizza's are always fresh too.

Got some things mixed up with my order and took a lot longer to get it where it needed to be. They took care of it and did it for free. Best pizza I’ve had in Rexburg. That made up for the mixed up order. Way to go!!

Better Ingredients, Better Pizza is what I describe this Papa Johns like many other locations across the U.S. As far as this one is concerned, I am satisfied/unsatisfied with a couple of things.

Pros: You can dine-in or take out, not what yu typically expect in a papa johns store, they have fountain drinks as well if you want to drink inside. This papa johns is also open til 1:30 am, pretty convenient for those who want something to eat besides McDonalds after Midnight when everything around is closed. But I must admit, kinda unusual for a small town like this.

Cons: Pricier than most papa johns stores i have been to across the country, plus they don't sell the individual pizza slices after 4pm that they sell as listed. They do not open on Sundays, but considering that this a predominantly Mormon community where almost no one goes anywhere on Sundays besides Church, or Family/Friends houses, so depending if you're LDS or not, this might be a disadvantage. The only exception is Super Bowl Sunday, where they will be open.

The staff are always super friendly and helpful. They had a technical error which told them to make the wrong kind of Pizza for us, instead of throwing it away when they made the mistake, they just gave the Pizza to us free. This is also the best pizza in Rexburg hands down. We love Papa John's of Rexburg. They rock!!
