I ordered one cheese pizza and one pepperoni pizza for a get together I was having last night. Once I made it home I realized that I had one beef pizza and one pepperoni. I called and the girl who answered admitted that she clicked beef instead of cheese. She offered to give me a credit or send over a new cheese pizza, because I had people over still hungry I agreed for her to send over a new one. I confirmed my phone number twice. An hour later I still didn't have a pizza so I called and a man answered saying he tried to deliver the pizza but the FBI answered when he attempted to call. (Who answers the phone and says they are the FBI, anyway? Not a likely story). So I said it's too late to get the pizza delivered now I will just take the credit. He passed the phone off to his manager which was the girl I spoke to the first time she was quite rude and said "well are you going to give me the right number now or what?" Honestly, it was the weirdest experience I have ever had and I doubt they even tried to redeliver the pizza. Anyway, SO bizarre and I will definitely not be ordering from Papa John's ever again, lol. Well at least not this location.

Terrible service. The people are not nice when you call with an issue and they wont refund your money if you wait double the estimated time for the pizza to arrive.

Delivery is always longer than expected. Always always issues with the pizza. Sad.
