This store is terrible! i have stopped ordering from here for months at a time due to obscene delivery times (i live 5min away from the store) but, today not only was my order late... The crazy part is i had a 5min phone conversation with THE MANAGER of the store arguing the fact that  my "Cinnamon pull aparts" that I had order were supposed to come with the cream cheese icing....  i was told i had to order/ask for this separately. I told her the description online clearly states "Bite-sized sweet roll dough covered in cinnamon and sugar, topped with cinnamon crumbles then baked and drizzled with cream cheese icing." and there was no option to "add icing" but she insisted i was wrong...

Thank you for the dry crappy cinnamon bread Papa Johns.

Yes, this is national chain pizza, so not everything can be perfect, although there are times where we all have a craving for this genre anyways...

I've used this location for carryout for many years and have never been disappointed; over the past year or so, a lot seems to have been invested into improving customer service. 

The only thing I really dislike is its location; it's not the neighborhood, but the building is on an oddly designed intersection, making access a bit of a challenge.

The slogan, 'Better Ingredients - Better Pizza' just goes to show, marketing works. Better pizza than what? Frozen? Pizza is bland and leaves an unsatisfied feeling because of it. It's filling, but that's about it. That's about what you get at these national pizza chains. Value to pizza experience wise has me concluding It's way over priced, but that's what you get at these national chains. I do give them a star up from some of the other national chains though.

We've never had good luck in this town with pizza where all three of us in my family is happy with what we ordered. That is until we tried Papa John's - officially our new go to Pizza joint as it has everything we like and their deals make it so we can get whatever we want and everyone winds up happy. Definitely ordering again.
