Got debit card jacked there. Instead of doing her job, the employee was so busy talking about her little boy crush with the other ones that she gave me the receipt FOLDED as if the card was there, without the card. Then tries to blame me for "driving off" too fast, well if the employee wasn't nodding off on bars or oxys maybe she'd remember that not only did the order take 6 minutes, with PLENTY of time to return the card, she told me to drive up and wait for the order without anyone being behind me, in addition, didn't get a fork or spoon, what am I supposed to eat mashed potatoes with a straw? Sketchy place. Always make sure you get your card back

Had to wait on our food for a few extra minutes. Wasn't a big deal but they threw in an extra biscuit and an Apple pie for free for the wait. Wasn't necessary but very appreciated. And the mashed potatoes and gravy are amazing.

Slow is not the word, wow have never seen service this bad. Workers are rude sat at the menu board for 15 min asked multiple times if some was there no answer. Love popeyes but this location is a joke.

Updated: after waiting 20 min at menu board we left as we drove buy window 4 people inside no head phones, we went to the one in Loves park excellent service employees were awesome fast great food. Don't waste your time on the State Street location go to Loves Park you won't regret it
