This location made me boycott papa johns. I've ordered several times, mainly because they have good deals from time to time. I received a coupon in the mail for a free large 1 topping pizza, ordered it online, and when I arrived to pick it up, the bratty lil cashier said it was an "online deal only" I kinda laughed. (Like I said I ordered it online) my pizza was sitting there ready to pick up, and she still wanted to argue about it, for reasons I'll never know. I brushed it off, and gave them another chance, several times. The last straw was when they repeatedly did not send the extra garlic sauce I paid for. I'm willing to bet they owe me at least 10 bucks worth of garlic sauce through the years. They can keep it though, I will never order papa johns again.

Waiting over 2 hours for pizza, instantly put on hold when calling and waited 20 minutes before finally giving up and trying to call again to a busy line. Some kind of all star service right here, especially with a 50% gratuity for the driver. Top quality service my a$$. My food arrived cold. I will be calling corporate.

Treat employees like trash. As if NO BREAKS OR LUNCH BREAKS were not bad enough -they do NOTHING to employees who sexually harass and attempt to defamate other employees images but they do participate in WAGE THEFT. Worked there since May and left in October due to being BULLIED by a shift leader. Found out after having to apply for emergency snap benefits that the only week I made EXACTLY 30 hours was the final week I worked at this location. I worked 36-39 hours per week from June through September. This means each week for FOUR months the management robbed me of my wages. I almost wasn't even able to receive my emergency snap because of these horrendous people. DO NOT SUPPORT PAPA JOHNS.
