It's been fifteen years since I had a Papa.Johns pizza......I normally order a Gioninos pizza.......so this time I thought I would get a Papa.Johns pizza......I ordered a small double pepperoni pizza ........now I remember why I quit eating papa Johns pizza.....better ingredients. ...better pizza....yeah right.....big John needs to go to Gioninos and see what a good pizza taste like.......it will be 15 years before I order another one.....feel free to send me back my $10.00......😕

The Papa John's in Freeport New York knows how to make pizza the Papa John's on Market Street in Akron Ohio they don't know how to make pizza the Papa John's on Waterloo Road in Akron Ohio they know how to make pizza I gave it to stars because Market Street in Akron Ohio they don't know how to make pizza the pizza be too small or very thin and did not request that all the breadsticks be the size of your finger and full of flour not not cool the one on Waterloo Road knows how to make pizza and the one in Freeport New York knows how to make pizza so this is why I gave two stars for the one on Market Street and they deliver

I called this location and ordered a pizza, was told the order would be ready at 930p. Arrived at the location at 935p and tried using their drive thru window I sat outside of that window for 20 min. They have a make shift bell that doesn’t work and I knocked on the window to get the rudest employee who was very dirty hair and clothing who threw my pizza on a shelf. When I asked about them not answering the window bell. I then asked for a manager and told him I had been sitting at this window for 20 min and he said “Well we don’t have no cameras” WOW!!! This has to be the worst and couldn’t go inside because I did not want to take my grand baby who is six months out the car. My pizza was cold when I got it home I had to reheat it in the oven... Never going back to this location I will stick with the E. Market location...
