The quality of pizza that this location makes is really, really good. Probably the best fast food pizza for the price (especially since they are always doing 50% off deals.) The delivery drivers are usually super friendly too! My only advice is - do not call and order. They are really bad about answering the phone. Just use the app or order online. Of course, this place is right next to a college campus, so it's pretty normal to wait an hour for pizza on the weekends. I've been ordering pizza from here for 5 years and have never had a bad experience.

It it absurd that the tracking shows "Delivered" when my pizza did not even leave the store when I called. This is DECEPTIVE, and definitely not a first time from my experience. It is unacceptable that a public company FAKE the data so you look better on your annual financial statement? It's one thing that you cannot make it in your promised "38-48 min" timeframe, it is another to LIE to the customers and investors!
And this store has a bad bad history of making pizza that is not per customers' request!!! I always order "less cheese", but it's always "regular cheese" from this store; Sometimes the toppings are so unevenly spread that it looks like done by a five-year old.

when you order with credit or debit and it takes 90 minutes to be delivered don't forget to write a big zero in the tip spot on the receipt or the driver will rip you off for whatever they think they can get  away with,they only forged it for $3.00 when i meant to give no tip.called and complained and the "manager"said it looked legit on the receipt to her so she wouldn't do anything about it,keep the money wench i'll never order from you people again,and i'll tell everybody i know about your"quality service(rip off) and any time i'm bored i'll write another "GREAT" review.TTFN

My local pizza place,clean store ,friendly staff,they due get very busy during the school year when Bradley students are in town.you will have to wait an hour for an order during football season and march madness,we locals know this so we order early.Love this store.

After placing a delivery order at 10:53 pm I was directed through my email it would be a estimated time from 11:15pm to 11:30pm and if I have questions to call.. Well after 12 midnight I started calling and the phone just rung rung rung... Worst experience ever
