Pizza was right on crust done to perfection brownies yum as always . Guy rang me up wrong and did something to make up for it. Quiet and friendly staff. Dining in a carryout store and they are accommodating my family. Def a good staff

The manager on duty last night provided the worst customer service EVER!!! And on top of that he made it seem as if it was my fault that he sucks at properly interacting with a customer. I placed an order for delivery that totalled $53 and received a call AFTER the money was taken from my bank account stating that I can't receive my food unless I came to get it because they do not deliver to my address after 9. I informed the so-called manager that I've always ordered late and never had a problem. He told me that it's been that way for 2 years and he's been with them for 1 year. I inform him once again that I've never had this problem but at this point my bank account has been charged for the cost of the food and the delivery charge so they need to deliver my food. He told me that it was nothing he was going to do about it and that I needed to come in even though I've paid and extra fee for delivery ORRRRRRRR I can wait 2 days for a refund to process. Of course I got upset at this time. My money should've been left in my account if Pizza Hut was not willing to offer the service requested. At this point I'm getting upset. He purposely disconnected the call while I was talking to him because he obviously thought I had no right to be upset or use the word hell while speaking to him. I admit I used much worse language when I saw him face to face to demand a cash refund. During the conversation he spoke in another language in order to say whatever he wanted to me but not be held accountable because no one else understood. He then said in front of the rest of the staff that he hung up in my face because I was cursing him out which was not true, it was just a way to cover his ass. I got the potty mouth syndrome after he was rude and uncaring about the situation. He was very confident in the fact that nothing will happen to him when I contact corporate which leads me to believe that he gets away with this on a regular. Way to go Pizza Hut. Continue to hire these outstanding managers.

Got a pizza 30mins ago that Was made Wrong And Once I called to Ask them to re make my Pizza Manager 1st said He Could give me a credit for tomorrow or I would have to Wait 30 mins I said ok I'll wait the 30 mins Then the Manager said He couldn't re make my pizza tonight because  of where I live so I was disappointed and let him know that That's not rite and was told he was too "Busy" and hung up on me I will never call again and we tell others on my blogs as well.

Everything was great! Delivered in a timely manner, pizza was well made and tasted delicious, and the delivery guy was very nice. Will order again.
