Worst Pizza Hut in Peoria hands down. They almost never accept promotional deals, the customer service is atrocious, and most of the time the pizza is cold or takes an hour to get there. I order pizza at least once a week from here, and it seems like there is always some sort of problem, usually that they are out of anything you might want on your pizza, often even stuffed crust, which is just string cheese rolled into a hand tossed crust. I ordered from here tonight, and because my phone had been shut off they cancelled my order and completely discarded it. When we called, the manager was rude and refused to help us in any way, claiming that they aren't at fault and that it's store policy, then when I asked them to remake my order they started asking me what was on it, because they threw out the ticket, and was going to attempt to charge me full price for the pizza that I had just ordered with a %50 discount. I had to hang up and reorder online, without so much as an old order of breadsticks to compensate for the inconvenience. Keep in mind, the so called "policy" has NEVER been enforced any time I've ordered online. I have NEVER once received a verification call to confirm my order. We are regulars, yet they treated us like an inconvenience and gave us no help at all. I will never be ordering another pizza from here, I'll stick with Marcos. At least they care about their customers and give a GREAT bang for ur buck. Way better in all aspects. This place is trash, if you can avoid it...I recommend doing so.

If zero stars were possible, that would be the rating I would give this eatery. You have to be absolutely kidding me the way I was just treated on the phone by two "managers". I want to know, how and why it takes two managers to make one pizza? Per both of them telling me they made and cut my pizza. What it comes down to is, they made my order wrong and treated me like I was dumb. I'll take the extra initiative to go to another company. Even if it means I've got to go out of my way what terrible customer service shame on you and this store.

I ordered 2 med pizzas for 6.99 each and was quoted one price on the phone and when driver got here it was 4.00 more. Called to find out why and the girl on the phone was very condescending and kept calling me dear.  I asked her to stop calling me dear and she gave the phone to someone named Carrie.  Carrie was equally rude and told me extra cheese is not a topping.  That is perfectly fine with me, but they should of told me that while I was on the phone.  When driver got to my home I had the money ready, but had to go back in the house to get more money because of price increase.  My experience was most unsatisfying and the employees were very rude and not very sympathetic to 
my complaint.  The order was in my sons name--Richard Ramsey--Ticket #0057.  I probably won't hear from you, but just in case you decide to respond, you have my email.
