Great pizza, great service. I went there later in the evening, and there wasn't much of a wait at all. Andy greeted us with a smile, took our order, and made our pizza. I liked the relaxed atmosphere of people who seem to enjoy their jobs. Thanks for the extra peppers, Andy!!

Wait times push an hour and a half. Order is not accurate when it arrives and they tell you it will be another hour. One time I had to call 3 times because nobody came with the correct order. I would only order from papa johns but i think after my last 3 experiances its time to find better ingredients and better pizza at a better place. Bye papa johns

Called in an order on New Year's Eve and right away guy told me what they were out of, very helpful when ordering. Luckily they had the size dough I needed! It was ready in 10 minutes, just like they said. No wait picking it up, very friendly staff and the pizza  looked and tasted fresh when I picked it up!

There was a bit of a wait in a takeout pizza around dinner time. But they were friendly and offered us a better deal for what we were getting, than the one we had intended when it came time to pay.

I will probably never go back to the Sauk Rapids location. I like Papa Johns pizza, but their service sucks.The young man asked me if he could take my order.. I told him what I wanted and my phone number. The phone rang at this time and he asked if one of his coworkers could get it. Nobody jumped at it so he said one second. I thought he was just going to put them on hold and finish my order, but no... He cleared my order and procceded to take the person's order on the phone. He went through the specials and waited for the person to himha their order. After waiting 5 minutes I just left. The customer service at this location is definitely lacking. This was at 5pm and they weren't even that busy at this time. There were 2 people just standing around in the preparation area doing nothing. If they want to keep in business, they may want to get the customer service thing under control. Sauk Rapids is definitely not lacking in the pizza department with 4 other places in town that specialize in pizza and this is a small town.
